Living as a queer person in today’s world can be deeply meaningful—and at times, deeply overwhelming. From navigating identity, relationships, and belonging to managing the impact of societal pressures, many LGBTQ+ individuals carry a unique emotional load.

This workshop is a space to step out of that weight and reconnect with something deeper: your innate wellbeing.

Grounded in the Insight to Wellbeing framework, this course helps participants understand how their experience of life is created from within—opening the door to greater clarity, emotional freedom, and resilience.
