Angela Childers (she/her) is a certified American Sign Language interpreter who worked in the DC, Baltimore and Portland metro areas for over 20 years. Angela is a certified Insight to Wellbeing facilitator and believes that by giving individuals practical, trauma informed, mindfulness-based wellbeing practices can foster sustainable performance and emotional regulation in high stress and high performance environments that will mitigate vicarious trauma and ensure that individual’s day to day experiences don’t live on in their everyday life or in their future work product.

Simon “SB” Collins
Insight to Wellbeing Facilitator
SB Collins (he/they) has worked as an American Sign Language interpreter, a nonprofit operations director, and a senior planner in local government. While supporting individuals who were formerly incarcerated, he experienced the Insight to Wellbeing program firsthand and found it profoundly life-changing. When the opportunity arose to become a certified facilitator, they embraced it, driven by a desire to make the same impact in others’ lives. SB believes that helping people cultivate resilience and deepen their self-understanding unlocks new possibilities for growth, opportunity, and lasting success.
Mission
Resilient Insight Consulting’s mission is to help individuals and organizations build sustainable resilience, clarity, and connection by understanding how their experience is created—so they can respond to challenges with insight rather than reactivity
Vision
We envision a world where individuals and organizations operate from clarity rather than chronic stress—where communication is grounded, people feel psychologically safe, and resilience is a natural outcome of understanding rather than constant effort.
We believe insight-driven wellbeing has the power to transform not only performance, but how people relate to themselves and one another.
Values
We believe people don’t need to be fixed, pushed, or managed to function well. When people see more clearly how stress, emotion, and perception operate moment to moment, wellbeing and effectiveness naturally increase. Our work supports lasting change that is practical, humane, and grounded in real life.
